isaiah 30:21 is an oft quoted scripture by the watchtower.

it reads: "and your own ears will hear a word behind you saying: "this is the way.

walk in it, you people, in case you should go to the right or in case you should go to the left.

You Know, you seem to be a psuedo JW. Since you don't like the "apostates" making fun of you, why don't you tell us how much of the W T you DO believe, if any? You seem to think that Jehovah will remain with the JWs, yet you do go against the Gov Body's orders.

Come on now, be specific on which side of the fence (or middle) you starddle.

Are you familiar with Ray Franz? Would you expound on the veracity of his testimony? You do know he voted the right way on the failed prophecy of 1975?

Why is it that if anyone disagrees with the WT that they are disf'd, even if later proved right? Surely Franz had the direction of Jesus who had come back in 1914?

??? Are you a JW? If you say "apostate," do you mean the JWs who continue to make false prophecies about the end? This has been falsly prophecied by Russell since he used the Great Pyramid of Egypt as a "Prophecy in Stone!" He added 41 inches to the pyramid to make it read 1914 when the 1874 prophecy failed.

The he just said Jesus came back Spiritually. If Jesus IS back and is directing the WTB&TS, why do they still make false predictions?

Hi Pat. Like you, I am now an agnostic or non believer in any human God of torture.

I discovered (in my old age) that the JWs also believe that God cursed all creation for a wee wee sin, and then proceeded to torture most of creation in the flood and Sodom, even little children and even fetuses which I suppose He aborted and took to Heaven.

At least the JWs will not accuse God of torturing anyone forever. The JWs may also believe that God answers prayers, but if this is so, He surely is picky because He doesn't even help the innocent JW children who are brutally raped, tortured or murdered.

How can anybody say God answers prayers?

I am 67 years old and I was the Cong Servant in San Angelo Texas in 1954.

Are we in danger of getting locked out here? Are some here really JWs?

If the Mormons have many credible witnesses to the Golden Plates, why are they now believed? Christians only have 2nd or 3rd hand hearsay that was transcribed later, after the "fact." What is one to believe?

I still can't understand why there should be so many "Prophecies" by the Watchtower which fail, if Jesus is back and directing the WTB&TS. What role IS Jesus now playing if anything?

Surely God would "save" any sincere seeker who only had a Bible? That brings up an interesting point. If a person is born without knowlege of any God or Bible, and dies that way, will God give him multiple choices to choose from after the Resurrection? This person would have an unfair advantage over someone who had to sort through 2,000 varieties of Christianity.

Surely this wouldn't mean that only the Watchtower has received the "Truth?" They are indeed, "wise and learned!"

Hi, I am totally new to this so here goes: If Jesus came back in 1914 and is now ruling, why do we need interpretation of the scriptures? Why was there false predictions about the "end?"
